Liz provides help to manage long-term conditions, give advice to those patients taking multiple medicines (polypharmacy) and can give clinical advice about treatments. She can discuss any medication issues you may be experiencing, carry out medication reviews, and continue repeat medication. She can manage medication shortages, manage therapeutic drug monitoring, especially high-risk drugs and improve patient safety. Liz can also review medication recommended by secondary care, these can include an outpatient letter or a discharge summary.

Advanced musculoskeletal practitioner

Stephanie Hewitt

MSc in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at MMU (2017).

Stephanie provides a first point of contact for patients with musculoskeletal disorders – problems affecting the joints, bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves. If you are struggling with back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, arthritis, knee pain etc. then please consider booking an appointment directly with Stephanie. She can assess and diagnose the problem, arrange appropriate investigations such as x-rays, bloods and scans, provide expert advice on management and refer on to a specialist service, such as an orthopaedic consultant if appropriate.
