Please do not be alarmed if you receive a message saying the results are back the following day. This does not necessarily mean they are abnormal. Sometimes capacity at the laboratory means that samples are processed quicker than at other busier times of the day/week.

Please note that if you ring before 14:00 we will be unable to give the results over the phone. If you have on-line access blood results are available to view.
